About Me

Shelby Hoover is a local native providing residential real estate services to Colorado Springs and the surrounding areas since 2017. She graduated from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting.

Her post-college career evolved from working as a Transaction Coordinator into building a business within high-end, luxury real estate. Her clientele base is diverse in their real estate needs ranging from first-time home buyers and sellers to relocating clients building their custom dream home.

Shelby’s technical experience as a Realtor encompasses strategic planning, contract execution, and consulting sales for primary and investment residential property, new-home construction, custom home construction, and acreage lots. Her successfully closed real estate transactions include 1031-exchanges, estate sales, military and civilian relocation, first-time home purchasers and sellers, and high-end sales.

Shelby’s caring personality transforms a process commonly felt as disingenuous into a personalized and attentive experience. By counseling her clients through the relevant facts and considerations from an unbiased point of view enables her clients to make well-informed, educated decisions that they feel are in alignment with their end goals. 

Community Involvement

The new home construction sector of real estate has entirely captured the interest and passion of Shelby. She is actively involved within the industry and her community through the Colorado Springs Housing and Building Association. In 2019 she was nominated and selected to be in CSHBA’s Emerging Leaders Program. She graduated in 2020 from the program and now sits on the Colorado Springs Parade of Homes committee. Within the committee, she is spearheading a project aimed at increasing the number of volunteers needed during the parade by working with leadership on finding solutions that fit both the needs of the builders and volunteers alike. Shelby also appreciates having a relationship with the local builders. She feels it plays a vital role in helping clients find the right builder for their needs.
